As a Chairman, I am delighted to represent Khyber Institute of Nursing and Health Sciences Peshawar as an emerging high-quality institution in Peshawar. Engaged communication with faculty, staff, students, and collaborative problem-solving, and a focus on what is best for our students are my main principles at Khyber Institute of Nursing and Health Sciences. We are steeped in intensive learning, multi-disciplinary teaching, and a participatory approach. Khyber Institute of Nursing and Health Sciences aims to cultivate talents by closely nurturing them throughout the program. The objective is to prepare students for the challenges and rewards of the nursing profession. The program aims to provide students with the clinical knowledge and practical skills to administer safe, responsible, and patient-centered care as registered nurses in a variety of healthcare settings. We are unique in terms of our programs, academic structure, and core values. Our students are our assets. Our experienced and highly knowledgeable academic staff encourages students to put all the best practices together and the creativity to prepare them for a radiant future with infinite possibilities. All our staff implements divergent actions by sharing a common purpose and that is to bring out the extraordinary out of the ordinary. The idea of having a nursing college along with conceived to cater to the ever-increasing demand of health care professionals particularly nurses in the delivery of health care in the province. KINHS at Peshawar will go a long way to fulfill these requirements by providing state-of-the-art training facilities for nurses and will take the lead InshallAllah. The preparation of its strategic plan is a significant undertaking for any organization as it clarifies its mission, vision, and values. It also sets targets and indicates what must be done to achieve them. KINHS is going to start an exciting journey with the ultimate aim of providing the best possible teaching facilities. A governance structure with a Board of Directors will approve the governance and induct state-of-the-art teaching facilities, besides upgrading our physical infrastructure to expand facilities for teaching and training. Being respectful, professional, and caring all at the same time, we aim to provide high-quality health care to the province. “We pray to Almighty Allah to give us the strength to achieve our goals.

Principle

Patient care is the main focus of this modern world and nurses play a vital role in the health care system. Therefore competent nurses are in demand not only in Pakistan but all over the world. Nursing is a service-oriented profession that is growing with current trends and technology.

College is equipped with qualified and competent teachers, good physical infrastructure, a digital library, an advanced skill lab, a computer lab, and a science lab and most importantly students will get opportunities for clinical learning in IRNUM, Al Khidmat, and RMC.
